Quiet - there was some dogs barking outside at night but the walls and windows are very tight so blocked out the noise well. The manager was very pleasant, hospitable, and friendly. Elevator for luggage. Everything was working. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful - the table was set/prepared in advance; many food and coffee choices, manager also came out to check if everything was alright; very hospitable. Most pleasant stay in all properties in central Italy over a course of a week!
