The breakfast option was amazing, I love the variety of options that the hotel offers. The staffs were really helpful and very friendly. This was the best option that I took when transiting. They provided slippers, pyjamas, matcha and there is a convenience store in the hotel.

Amazing hotel to stay when you need something close to the airport! Firstly they provide free shuttle bus from terminal 1 and 2 that goes all the time. Secondly, in the lobby there is 24/7 continence store (Lawson) really well equipped with ready to eat food and usual snacks. The room is clean, all the amenities were there, even kettle and refrigerator. We would totally stay there again for a layover at narita

Landed at Narita from Texas, took a taxi to the hotel, had a nice room, hotel was really nice and clean, everyone was very friendly and helpful, took a bus back to airport the next morning and caught a bus to the port for a cruise. This is a five star hotel.

Loved that you get some free frozen meals (were really nice!) which was a lovely bonus. The hotel had everything you could need which was handy. Overall was a great stay if you’re looking for a place near the airport.
