Situated within 43 km of Ulaanbaatar Opera House and 43 km of National Museum of Mongolian History, Nomad Airport B&B features rooms with air conditioning and a shared bathroom in Dzuunmod. The host Boogii who picked me up from airport and helped me buy food there, and her friend who drove me to airport the next morning, were both lovely people who made the stay feel like a special experience. I was staying one night before getting a connecting flight and I will remember the time very fondly. The accommodation is spacious, cosy and well equipped. It was extremely cold outside but warm and comfortable inside the property. I was the only guest at the time so had the whole place to myself. The shower and wifi worked well and Boogii provided me with breakfast for the morning. It's only a ten minute drive to and from the airport so it's very handy if you're staying for a connecting flight. The best bit of all was when we stopped briefly on the way to the airport in the morning, getting out of the car to see the sun rise over the Mongolian landscape. I'll remember that as long as I live. Highly recommended.

Among the facilities at this property are room service and a 24-hour front desk, along with free WiFi throughout the property.... The surroundings are fantastic. It’s so easy to relax there, and it’s a non-fenced, protected area. The silence was amazing! Staff made every effort to make themselves clear through translator apps, and gestures. The host couple speak English. They gave me tea for the whole day. They have great local food, and also some other options. There are great opportunites for hiking, and if you dont want to go far, they have made a nice effort to let you enjoy the nearby surroundings with seats /picnic tables in various locations. The birds, flowers, marmots, horses, and cows changed my view all the time. Surprisingly, it's conveniently close to the airport. I would love to come here again. Toilets were in the same building.
