Situated in Chalan Kanoa, within 1.8 km of Chalan Kanoa Beach, Lee's comfort house is an accommodation offering quiet street views. The apartment is big and very clean. We had a room service and fresh towels, including beach towels every day. It's very close to the amazing beach. We were diving with Fishguys. You can just walk from the apartment to the sugar dock where Fishguys launch their boat. Mr. and Mrs. Lee are very nice hosts. We highly recommend this place and diving.

The Saipan Beach Hotel and the hospitality far exceeded my expectations. It's beautiful and located right on the beach. When I visited, the restaurant was still closed, but the owners gave me recommendations for where to eat and even drove me to the grocery store to pick up breakfast items (there was a fridge and microwave in the room) and to a delicious Thai restaurant to get a takeout dinner. It's a quiet location and ideal to get away from things. Great for stargazing and watching the sunrise.
