The staff were all super helpful and very friendly, the apartment was larger than expected, with a lovely balcony. Pool facilities were great and hidden away at the back of the complex. Breakfast was a good selection and the whole family enjoyed it. Wifi was great, best so far out of where we have stayed here. Also tv great reception with Aussie channels too.. best tv we’re come across too. Thanks Jose!

In middle of largest shopping center in country, with groceries, restaurants, a cinema, and even a medical clinic. Buffet breakfast every morning, lunch and dinner at rooftop fine-dining restaurant. Staff all speak English and are exceptionally warm and helpful. Free shuttle bus to and from airport. Taxis and mikrolets stop right in front of the hotel. I plan on staying here on my next trip to Dili. Only other competing hotel is the Hilton when it opens, but that surrounding neighborhood is not wonderful and has few if any restaurants or shops.

Management and staff were always eager to help with any requests and the service we received was exceptional, always happy and took the time to say hello.

Very helpful with directions, advice and pick up and drop off were both free of charge. Fatima, Luiza and Natalia on the front desk were every day very helpful and cheerful. Breakfast was good. Swimming pool was good for laps. Location was easy access from airport and to down town.
