Located in Dili, just 400 metres from Lusitana Beach, Arbiru Beach Resort provides beachfront accommodation with a private beach area, an infinity pool, a garden and free WiFi. The rooms are spacious and well maintained given the geographical location of Timor. Cindy the owner was extremely nice and welcoming. The food is okayish and they do offer free pickup and drop to the airport. There’s a beach in front of the hotel but i don’t think one can swim there, sunset and sunrise can be enjoyed though. Overall value for money.

Best location in Dili for business travel. In middle of largest shopping center in country, with groceries, restaurants, a cinema, and even a medical clinic. Buffet breakfast every morning, lunch and dinner at rooftop fine-dining restaurant. Staff all speak English and are exceptionally warm and helpful. Free shuttle bus to and from airport. Taxis and mikrolets stop right in front of the hotel. I plan on staying here on my next trip to Dili. Only other competing hotel is the Hilton when it opens, but that surrounding neighborhood is not wonderful and has few if any restaurants or shops.

Breakfast was good and was even served in my room for 2 of the 3 days. The staff is friendly and helpful. Air conditioning works well.

Cooked Breakfast was a great way to start the day. The hotel also had a pool and gym that was well maintained and inviting. Management and staff were always eager to help with any requests and the service we received was exceptional, always happy and took the time to say hello.

Hotel The Ramelau has an outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre, a terrace and restaurant in Dili. Staff were amazing. Very helpful with directions, advice and pick up and drop off were both free of charge. Fatima, Luiza and Natalia on the front desk were every day very helpful and cheerful. Breakfast was good. Swimming pool was good for laps. Location was easy access from airport and to down town.
