The shuttle driver (lady with long hair) was fantastic. She helped me with 2 very heavy bags and even got a cart when we arrived at the hotel. At breakfast, when the room was full and tables needed to be cleared, the management jumped in supporting the wait-staff. Excellent teamwork! Of course the breakfast was well presented and delicious and the service was excellent. Thank you all!

La chambre ou nous étions était super et les lits confortables La dame de l’accueil était très gentille et nous avons réussi à nous comprendre malgrais mon niveau déplorable en anglais 🤣 Et la navette pour l’aéroport est bien pratique. We had a very stressful situation with our connecting flight from Dallas to Orlando being cancelled. We booked the best western for pure convenience and proximity to the airport. The bonus was the size of the room for 2 adults and 2 children, the pool and the free breakfast, not to mention all of the friendly and helpful staff.
