After missing my flight and arriving a day late, she promptly coordinated with the third-party booking service and ensured my reservation was adjusted to my new arrival date. I had initially called on short notice and spoke with Dewayn, who was exceptional—kind, professional, and incredibly helpful. Both the manager and Dewayn went above and beyond to assist me, making the process seamless. I’ve already booked the hotel again for this week, this time for my family and me.
