We didn't know what exactly to expect, but it turned out the apartment complex/hotel was a very nice concept. Our studio was well equipped, although a few more kitchen utensils would help - sponges, kitchen towels, knives, some basic cooking ingredients like salt, etc. Apparently it's meant for longer term stays where guests sort out their own tools. It was no problem, the nearest supermarket is about 4 minutes car drive away, but it's good to know. All this, however, is balanced by the very affordable price.
We had a comfortable overnight stay visiting Lille. I would consider staying here anytime again.

From the moment I booked the staff at AU30 were exceptional. I booked a night stay for my partners 30th Birthday, the staff were attentive, kind and friendly. All staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I have not one single thing I would change in regards to our stay or the staff. The room was spotless, the bed comfortable and the jacuzzi was crystal clear. Thank you to all staff at AU30. We had an amazing stay and would stay again without hesitation. The location was perfect, 15 minutes walk into the centre to the Christmas market and all restaurants. Everything was local and a 13 minutes walk into walk from the Eurostar station.
