El Résidence Palais Étoile està situat a París, davant del recinte firal Porte Maillot Palais de Congrès, i ofereix apartaments amb cuina. The speedy responses from Mikaela, the manager, were amazing. It gave us a sense of security that everyything would be attended to promptly. The place was very clean and tidy when we arrived. Great location right next to the Metro, RER station, supermarket, great restaurants (Le Relais, the famous steak and fries place, is just opposite the apartment) and cafes. Walking distance to Arc de Triomphe. This apartment was spacious for our family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Two huge pluses were that the beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning was powerful. We highly recommend this place and will definitely stay here again.

Location was incredible and the staff was so friendly and welcoming. It was way to check in and great that we could store our luggage until we were able to check in.
