I love that this property is right on the beach and the sea breeze whilst sitting on the balcony is amazing! Having a fridge and kitchen is perfect so that you can have little snacks and light meals at the apartment. The bathroom might be the biggest I've seen in India so far! In a great location, near lots of bars, shops and restaurants. Hayley and Bunty, the owners, are amazing and truly make you feel like family! These apartments are great for couples, families, friends and even solo travellers who want their own space as well as being able to meet others if they want to. The property is clean and I felt safe staying there. Thank you both!!

A recently renovated property, Evaddo Homes Ashwem is located in Goa near Mandrem Beach, Ashwem Beach. There is a private entrance at the aparthotel for the convenience of those who stay. The place is clean and simple. Location is amazing - in a quiet area which is green and 5 min bike ride from the beach and quarries in monsoon. The staff were super helpful before and during my stay.

This is the best place for the best money! Two-room apartment, perfect cleanliness! No extraneous sounds outside the window - only the sounds of nature! The hostess Linda is a wonderful woman, she helped with everything, explained everything, told everything, helped with the move. The apartment has a TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a perfect bathroom. The bed linen is clean and odorless. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the sea along a quiet village street. I've been to GOA several times - it's the best place! The Linda Hotel offers breakfast, which you can buy upon check-in - breakfast is delivered to the room. We really liked it there, if we have the opportunity, we will come here again. Clean and comfortable. It was perfect for our five night stay. The location was great, as the beach and many restaurants are all walkable.

It was a good stay. Accessing road was digged recently, getting inside the property is congested. Once you get into the room, it's well maintained. Spacious with 2 Balconies. Rooms are neat and clean. For the price it's manageable.

The location was on point near the Baga beach and the Staff specially Raj was absolutely amazing and helping with everything..... First time visiting the place the experience was really awesome would suggest my friends to book the same guest house....
