A superclean place. Everything seemed like brand new. The bed was very confortable and having two complete bathrooms was an extra. The AC in all rooms worked fine. What we liked the most was Maria, the owner. She was very kind and professional. She was paying attention ahead to all details that made our stay perfect. As example of Maria's atention to details, we found makeup remover cotton in the bathroom Although was not included in the reservation she ensure that we find one big bottle of water an two briks of milk in the fridge. coffee, bread, butter and diferent marmelades and teas for a welcome breakfast. Maria's advise for places for dinner, and free parking were great. The location is perfect in a very quite street at only four minutes walking to downtown.

This is a beautifully appointed property. Just as the photos show. It had everything we needed plus additional touches that we really appreciated such as water and milk in the fridge, lovely little touches in the bathroom. The location is wonderful. Cannot recommend this highly enough. Only wish we stayed more than one night

I don't speak much Spanish, but the owners made all effort to explain everything and make me feel welcome. The vista from the windows is onto one of the city's monuments from the XII century.

nice place, very close to old town shops and resturants. Comfortable and convenient for a short stay in Caceres. The apartment was equippend in all basic necessities and it was clean and quiet. The hosts were very nice including a lovely lady who welcomed us with the key and showed around.

Beautiful studio apartment with everything we needed right on the Plaza Major. Front and apartment door were codes so no keys to lose. Wonderful, welcoming hosts with ideas for dinner. Good directions for a parking garage near by.

The studio apartment was situated in an excellent position overlooking Plaza Mayor. It was extremely well equipped, with everything one could possibly need. It was very comfortable - the sofa was excellent for a cosy read of my book when it was raining outside. The view of the square was excellent as we were on the second floor. Just a note - there were a few flights of stairs if mobility is an issue. The host was extremely friendly and helpful with advice on good eating venues. We tried a few!

The location could not be better. We had the penthouse apartment which had a fantastic view over the square. The host met us and could not have been any more friendly, and provided good tips on the best restaurants to visit.

The owner has been welcoming and enthusiast about letting us discover the town of Caceres. The apartment was all we could hope for: spacious, clean, well furnished, with a wonderful terrace where to chill and right in the city centre with a parking nearby. Definitely recommend!

What a wonderful apartment with a perfect location. room was great. We had a studio room on second floor. There isn’t an elevator but it’s such a lovely building and David helped us up with our bags. he was so helpful and informative of the local area and places to eat. Would highly recommend a stay here.

Note this group has apartments across the city. Ours was on calle caleiros ground floor. Others may be totally different. A great location in the old town. The shower was hot and powerful. The kitchen equipment surprisingly comprehensive. The flat was clean if basic. Although noisy during the day (there is plenty of traffic despite being a tiny alleyway), it was quiet overmight
