We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! It was spotlessly clean, with new furniture and kitchenware. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, including a refrigerator, microwave, kettle, and Nespresso coffee machine, along with thoughtful extras like Nespresso capsules, tea, sugar, and even some chocolates. The bathroom and washing facilities were excellent, with a washing machine in great condition and detergent/softener, hairdryer, extra towels provided. The apartment is in a great location, close to the city center, and even has a reserved parking spot. The apartment is on 2nd floor and has an elevator. The heating was perfect, making it cozy and comfortable. The owner was very friendly and made sure I had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. Highly recommend!

We stayed just 1 night, the house is large, there's lots of space, which surprised us. Self check-in was available, which was convenient. It's a bit noisy when you just get into the property, because it's right next to the road, but in the bedroom the windows are good, and they isolate the noise pretty well. You have a kitchen with a fridge, microwave, stove and everything else you need. The only thing we were missing was a tea pot for boiling water, but that wasn't a bit problem. It was a good stay!

The app is an absolut favorit. Very quit and huge. Confortable with everithing you need. Host was very friendly. Free parking is 50m away as well as restaurant, hotel, shop. Nice piazza with bridge and charming canal with boats. Very close, 10 minutes walk to historical center, museum, basilica, etc. A dock for boat connection to Grado is 400m away. This is a must go for those who want to experience nature and Grado laguna. Buy a FVGcard.
