We stayed here for a month and loved it. It’s a beautiful flat with a great design, very comfortable and right in the center of Setúbal. We had a cleaner coming every week which was great. It’s a perfect option if you’re looking to stay outside of Lisbon and closer to the beach. There’s a boat that can take you straight to Troia. The owner was very kind and super responsive (that’s a big plus).

I have spent two weeks in the Treehouse III apartment, I loved it very much!!! I would recommend it for everyone who wants to relax and enjoy comfort in Setubal. The location is utmost appropriate, you can reach Lisbon in an hour with public transport and the central of Setubal in 15 minutes, the island of Troia is available by ferry in 20 minutes. I traveled by plane and public transfer. The neighborhood is safe, peaceful and quiet. You can have a marvelous overview on the port and the Atlantic ocean from the terrace. You can move in easily by receiving the keys from a key safe next to the apartment door. Miguel, our contact is very nice and helpful, you can contact him via phone with excellent English speaking operation. Thank you, Miguel I'm very grateful for your prompt assistance! :-))) The apartment is cozy, nicely decorated and very well equipped. Air conditioner grants comfort even in November. In the kitchen you can find a huge fridge with freezer (with welcoming bottle of wine), cooker with oven, microwave oven with several kitchen utensils (including capsule coffee machine, saucepans, panini-baker, toaster, kettle, pots, several types of glasses\mugs and cutlery for four persons. You can eat your lunch at a wooden dining table Washing machine, iron, ironing board are also included. The bathroom is nice and clean, towels, shampoo and shower gale is included. Hot water is always available. The living room is open up with the kitchen, including a double sofa bed, with several comfortable pillows, sheets and blankets. The terrace, opening from the living room is also well equipped with a large table, chairs and barbecue. The bedroom is separated with an authentic wooden door, including a comfortable double bed, wardrobe and window with an ocean overview. I've just arrived home tonight, back to Hungary, I'm already missing Setubal and the comfort of the Treehouse III apartment.

I strongly suggest this apartment to anyone coming to Setubal to have an outstanding and truly local experience! Pedro and Magda are doing an amazing job as hosts, explaining everything you might need to know about the apartment and the location! The apartment is very cozy, well-maintained, and suitable for a family of 3-4! Stunning balcony. All amenities are present. We didn't really need to buy anything extra since everything was provided and available. Overall - amazing and unforgettable experience! I wish every host could be like Pedro and Magda!

Nice and very clean apartment where we felt like home from the first minute. It is very well located near all the sightseeing highlights of the city (except of the fort maybe) and in walking distance from the train and bus stations. Near there is a small cozy square where we had a great breakfast in a traditional bakery and atmospheric dinner in a tapas bar. We slept very well, with the windows closed it is a very calm place. The family of the owner are very nice people, they were there if we needed something and it was a pleasure to communicate with them.

Good location close to the old town. The apartment was exactly as the pictures. The bed is super Comfy. Ines was very helpful on our arrival. You can hear the music in the distance on some evenings as others have mentioned but it did not spoil our stay in any way. We loved Setubal. You must walk along the central promenade to the fish market its wonderful. There is a supermarket there for groceries on the way Pingo Dolce. On the opposite side enter the old town with shops and restaurants. Walk up the hill to the Castle at the back of the old town for great views of the area. take the ferry across to the river to the other side for beautiful beaches and nature. Must try the cuttlefish its delicious..

Perfect interiour, kichtenette with all you need, In summary a clean and new apartment. During my stay in the building was construction of other flats - it was dusty in the floor and elevator. I would expect that every day the floors and the evelator will be cleaned! I didnt ask for it, but I think during my 5 day stay once or twice it was roughly cleaned, what I am thankful for! Parking situation is good in this area.

Nice location near the harbour, waterfront walkway, restaurants and shops. Also close enough to walk to the central zone and beach area. Kitchen was nicely outfitted although I found the dishes to be stored quite high on the shelf and not easily reachable unless you're over 5'7" tall. Minimal shelf space for food storage but very suitable for a short stay. Nicely renovated little apartment. Good size shower

Very modern and cosy apartment. Very central location. The apartment is beautiful and has everything that you might need for a short stay. The shower was strong, very hot, the way I like, it was amazing. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine and a bottle of water, which was a very nice touch. We could walk to the main streets, restaurants and bars. It feels very safe.

Small, clean flat with amenities such as small kitchenette, coffee etc. Comfortable bed. Cool, small bathroom. The decor of the studio very nice. You can see that it has been recently renovated. Good location.

The recently refurbished apartment in a historic building was much bigger than we expected. We unexpectedly arrived early and the apartment was was ready and our host let us in. Our host was a fantastic advocate for Setubal and was very keen that we enjoyed our visit, which we did! The apartment was secure, and well-appointed for self catering, including some cooking ingredients and equipment. The location was excellent, being close to the older port, restaurants and fort. We loved the chic beach style decorating.
