We stayed for two nights and it was raining both mornings so we got breakfast straight to our room, it was good also (the same both days). The building is new and modern, in a quiet location, walking distance from the sea. You have everything you need in the room if you're planning to make food.

The apartment itself was well-equipped with air conditioning, which was a lifesaver in the hot weather. It also provided towels and everything we needed for the kitchen, making our stay very comfortable. There was WiFi as well and the parking was free. The apartment was very clean and well-maintained. The hosts were friendly and always available to assist us with anything we needed. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay near the beach.

C'è stato un improvviso guasto della lavatrice e ogni volta che abbiamo chiesto di poter lavare la biancheria,la signora si è prodigata in prima persona,sempre serenamente. Sebbene non vicinissima al mare(10 minuti a piedi)consiglio questo alloggio. Un saluto ai proprietari,anche dai nostri bimbi!

A recently renovated property, Jonian Boutique Hotel is situated in Sarandë near Saranda City Beach, La Petite Beach and Sarande Main Beach. With city views, this accommodation features a patio. What a great hotel! My room was sunny and spacious. It had a kettle and tea set up as well. The colors of the hotel are cheerful and match the owner's personality. They treated me like family (but better😂). The bed was super comfortable and all the linens were really nice. The bathroom was compact but had some great touches like a mirror that has a light and built in heater to unfog it. There's also a rooftop terrace which if perfect for watching the sun set.

Nice new spacious apartment, good aircondition, clean. Good location a little bit out of town center, but still walking distance. Lovely sun deck, with amazing view. Nice bar on the sun deck.
