Located in Sölden and only 36 km from Area 47, A CASA Granat provides accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking. This apartment features a garden. We were on the ground floor overlooking the gondola in the distance. Ski bus 60 stops every 10min from the road (30m away). Plenty of utensils and facilities modern, ski boot room and underground parking ideal. We managed to sign into Netflix which was perfect for us to watch a film one night. Beds comfortable and loads of storage/hanging space.

We were visiting during the heat wave which was unusual for Tirol and the hotel has kindly provided a portable fan. Please note that it is uncommon to have air conditioning in Europe, especially in the mountains.

Offering a garden and mountain view, Sima-Apartments is situated in Längenfeld, 27 km from Area 47 and 44 km from Golfpark Mieminger Plateau. We had an amazing stay at Sima apartments. It was extremely clean and super quiet. We had a first floor apartment and absolutely loved the lounge area in front of the enormous window with the stunning mountain view. The hosts, Markus and Simon, are super helpful. Any time we needed anything, they'd respond within minutes to our chat messages and when needed there would always be someone with us within an hour. There is plenty of parking space and the basement features a super convenient ski/snowboard storage space. Directly out front is a bus stop where free buses to nearby ski lifts depart every 20 minutes or so. But we mostly just took the car, as it was super easy to park nearby the ski lifts for only 6 euros per day. We would definitely come back here.

Everything was so clean and fine, the rooms are well designed, had a lot of space both in bedroom and living room. And THE beat thing - the spa, just wow.
