Very helpful host - met us from the train & explained everything - even patiently sorted out the complication of my having messed up the booking details! Kitchen very well equipped. Loft apartment gave us lovely views of mountains (& waterfalls) on each side. Those staying in the town get a card that gives free use of local buses & the cable-car as far as Reuti, which made walking in the hills a bit easier - also gave discounts on entry to other nearby attractions which helped offset the expensiveness of everything generally.

The location was perfect, close to the Gondola, grocery store, train station and some restaurants. The garage was very convenient. Fred was really friendly and flexible. We arrived earlier than expected and he let us check in 5 hours before check in time. The appartment was really practical, nice coffee, very good shower, nice bed, a seperate room to store our ski and snowboard. It was more than we expected. I would recommend anyone to stay here.

It was huge and had everything you might need and I mean everything... The hosts Doris and Simon are very friendly, hospitable and welcoming. The views from the balcony are amazing, several waterfalls can be seen including the famous Riechenbach Falls. I had the misfortune to leave a rug sack at the property when I left and had resigned myself to the fact it was "lost" however Doris exceeded my expectations and arranged for the rug sack to be sent to the last place we were staying before heading back to the UK. She even called the hotel to let them know to expect it. Yes it was in my room when I arrived. Doris even found the earring I lost and sent it back with the rug sack. Now that's what I call exceptional customer service and I would highly recommend the hosts and the property. Thank you Doris and Simon for all your help and for a very enjoyable stay in Meiringen

Our kids loved the toys and books that were available. Hasliberg has lots of themed hikes and playgrounds that are great for kids as well.

Catherine & Sebastien were great, a few days before our arrival they send us all the information needed for our arrival and how to conntact with them. When we arrive Sebastien waited for us and gave us a tour in the apartment. The apartment was great very modern and clean. They have their all the information about things to do in the area and gave us the card with the discount for the area.The location of the apartment was great, the views from the pourch was amazing and the price was good.
