The whole experience was superb, from check-in to check-out, the entire hotel staff makes you feel welcome and valued as a guest in their beautiful hotel. The superior suite was clean and beautifully turned down every evening. The food was absolutely to die for, with a focus on healthy eating, and the restaurant staff were very friendly. They will do their utmost to make sure your experience is one you will remember long after you return home. As I was there during the Christmas season the spa services were closed for Boxing Day, but if all the other services are anything to go by, I am sure those facilities are great, too. And it gives me a reason to go back so I can try them! I cannot recommend highly enough.

Well situated in the centre of Larnaka, LIV The City Suites ADULTS ONLY is a recently renovated apartment, which offers free WiFi, a rooftop pool and free private parking for guests who drive. With sea views, this accommodation provides a balcony. The apartment features garden views and a sun terrace. The hotel was great, lovely staff who were helpful and location was good, very peaceful, 10min walk from Finkoudous beach. has a supermarket nearby with most of the restaurant around a 10min walk away. Wi-Fi and AC worked great. A great place to stay and would definitely recommend it. TVs had screen mirroring so could mirror my phone. has a nice little rooftop pool and room had a lovely balcony. Finikoudes Beach is 2 km from the apartment and Saint Lazarus Church is 1.5 km away. Great location in Larnaca. Very safe and quiet neighborhood. The balcony is a nice place to chill and view the sunrise and sunset. The host was super friendly and made sure the apartment is ready upon our arrival. He was super attentive and responsive to all my queries/ questions. I will definitely recommend the property to those planning to visit Larnaca.

Guests can take in the ambience of the surroundings from an outdoor dining area. The apartment is 5 minutes away from Larnaca airport. We were able to easy locate the parking and let ourselves in the apartment with the lockbox. There is a small supermarket in the next building which was very comfortable to grab some items for dinner and breakfast. We were 2 adults +3 kids. They opened the sofa and added another mattress which was very comfortable. The apartment is on the small side for 5 people but was clean, nice balcony, comfortable beds. We used the kitchen for easy cooking and it was great (there is a hidden toys cabinet under the kitchen island which was very cool). We recommend!

The apartments are really nice, super comfortable for 6 people - 3 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The terrace is amazing - there is a big table for 6 people and one more cozy small table with a sofa and chairs. There was not hot even in the middle of sunny day. We liked it! The kitchen is very convenient - it contains everything you need: a big fridge, a dishwasher, a washing machine, utensils - everything you could need. We were with 3 kids (4-7 y.o.), it took us 7-10 minutes to go to the nearest beach, so it's enough close. Also I'd like to mention that the place is really quiet, spotless (we were there 10 days, the cleaning lady visited us 2 times during our stay).
