Set in Memmingen, the recently renovated Welcome Haus Allgäu features accommodation 25 km from Illereichen Castle and 37 km from bigBOX Allgäu. Probably the most equipped apartment we’ve ever stayed in. It was much bigger than I imagined with 2 separate floors. The bottom floor has the kids’ room, kitchen and dining room. The top floor has the bedroom, bathroom, and the living room with a surprise corner bar. Most importantly, everything was very clean and comfortable. Since we got there during the evening, we weren’t able to park right in front. Excellent communication with the host as well.

Everything about this accommodation was top notch, it is one of the best places we've ever stayed! We had a standard plus room. The living and dining/kitchen area was very comfortable, and the kitchen was extremely well supplied for a short stay. The tv also worked beautifully. The bathroom had a wonderful, high water pressure, spacious shower that was really relaxing. The bedroom had a spacious and very comfortable bed. There was also a nice tv in the bedroom. The balcony was large and comfortably appointed; there was a slight view of the mountains, though this was probably better on upper floors. The proximity to the lake Forggensee was wonderful for walking and swimming. The sauna was also very nice! Even the dishware was charming and modern, as was the entire decor.
