They have a living-dining area with a sofa bed and a flat-screen satellite TV; and come with an open-plan kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic hobs and kitchenware. There is a washing machine, a dryer, and bed linen and towels are provided. Communication was excellent. Any queries were responded to quickly. Location was perfect and apartment was clean. I appreciate that a clean set of towels was provided on the third day of our stay and additional dishwashing tabs and laundry liquid were provided when asked for. It is helpful that there was an office on the property to speak to someone between 9am-2pm and the lady that checked us in late was very cheerful. A very secure apartment to leave your things. The bright, spacious apartments each include a lounge area with sofas. Their kitchenettes are equipped with an oven, microwave and dishwasher. The apartment was lovely. Tall ceilings made it feel really spacious. We all said wow as we walked in. The little balconies were nice and above the trees so you couldn't really see the road. Our room was at the front, it was very quiet. My sister in-law had the room at the back and they reported no real noise. Location was also good, a couple of nice cafes, bars and restaurants all in easy walking distance and not too far to the main attractions. The staff were great, keeping our bags for us when we arrived and also as we left a bit earlier than they are usually on duty, so cannot fault them at all.We loved it and would happily stay again.

Loved the sign saying you could get more amenities if you needed any. All your necessities (toaster, coffeemachine, even scissors :) ) were available, very pleasant. We booked a locker in advance, that was really easy as and close by. And got our cappuccinos accross the street in a cosy coffee place. Perfect stay!

Up Suites apartments are bright and feature black and white décor with pine furniture. They have a seating area with a flat-screen TV and CD player. The bedrooms and living room were spacious, and the kitchen and closets were well equipped. There were shutters on the windows, which allowed us to sleep deeply. There are supermarkets, pubs, and cafes within walking distance, and the bus stop is right in front of the house. The subway station was conveniently located about 3 blocks away.
