Believe the reviews…everything as advertised as Fabian and Taina exceeded all expectations by providing an outstanding apartment to call home as we explored the sights, sounds, and tastes of the Champagne region! Location smack in between Reims and Epernay could not be better; and fantastic artisanal bakery around the corner and a Lidl just a bit further could not be more convenient. I’m in the hotel business as an Ops manager for almost 1,200 rooms and the quality, cleanliness, and every attention to detail in the apartment is second to none; our Housekeeping staff could easily use this as an example of a gold standard. When you’re on vacation and you find a place that makes you think, “I could live here!”, that means you found a winner…this is definitely a winner! Unfortunately, “Summer” is booked this weekend, but we’ll be staying next door in “Autumn” and look forward to another positive experience!

Location is another huge asset, some fine champagne houses within minutes of walking distance.

We were met by Fabian, the charming owner, who has designed and built 4 fabulous flats, each named after the 4 seasons. We were in autumn, and he has thought of everything, and finished them to such a high standard. Lovely bathroom toiletries, snacks, fruit juice in the fridge, popcorn, etc. TV set up to get perfect Netflix in English, all spotlessly clean and brand new. Incredible value, with free parking outside. Perfect.

We stayed one night for a sleepover and could have stayed longer. Location from motorway and main towns: ideal. Proximity to services: ideal. The flat is just so cute, practical and clean. Very warm and properly insulated too (it was 2 degrees outside). Easy to get into. Ground floor. The host is reachable by text and always very kind. Kitchen fully equipped. Private parking made available for guest use. Gated community. A gem.

COSY T3 Centre Reims/Pkg Privé er staðsett 1 km frá Reims Champagne Automobile Museum og 1,4 km frá Subé Fountain í miðbæ Reims. Boðið er upp á gistirými með ókeypis WiFi og ókeypis einkabílastæði. We only stayed one night here and were very impressed with the whole apartment. It’s spacious, clean, comfortable and has everything you need. The private parking was an absolute bonus. We walked to the centre for our evening meal (right next to the Cathedral) which took under 20 minutes. If we’re ever in Reims again, we would stay here.
