We liked to stay for our holiday in Rate North Bay Apartments. It is small size, but everything is needed was there. It is clean, but same times not every day nocking on the door, by communication in the WhatsApp we could decide, if cleaning is needed in our apartment or not and what time for us is better. I liked it very much, you don't get disturbed every day. Host Mihalis was very kind and we could ask help with anything. We also very grateful that we could stay in the last day until evening in our apartment, our flight was in the evening time and Mihalis was very kind to allow us to stay and didn't charge anything. Apartment met our expectations, very good price quality match, good location, very centrally located and on the other side little bit to aside from a bar street. Big plus for this apartment i would give for a hot water, it was always available. Relatively good WiFi connection, wash machine, hair dryer, iron on request. For our arrival host has left bottled water in refrigerator, products for breakfast and even bottle of wine, which was very pleasant. Was also very easy to reach Mihalis in whats app in any situations. We could recommend this apartment.

Great experience! We highly recommend this place. Location, service, great communication with the host...Mihalis is just GREAT! He was there for everithing we needed, 24/7..Rhodes is wonderful and we will surely come back, and repeat our staying at Primordial.

We stayed in an extraordinarily beautiful house. The owner, Mike, is an excellent host. He is understanding, friendly, and helpful. The house was cleaned every day, and the amenities they had thoughtfully prepared for us made our stay very comfortable. The pool is amazing and is cleaned daily. We felt incredibly comfortable. The apartment is brand new with very high quality towel and bed linen, super well decorated and well equipped for cooking and with amenities. We had an amazing time there! Gioni is a super nice host as well. We loved it!

Was very clean, close to the center but far enough of the noise. The pool is big and amazing, also has jacuzzi jets which was awesome! The landlord is very welcoming and nice, strives to do everything to make your stay memorable!

The hospitality and care from the owner was beyond expectations. Beautiful, clean, spacious accommodation, location was perfect, value for money, everything great! Will book again.

The conversion was very well done with common courtyard offering a relaxing place to have a drink any time of day. Staff were great and Sebastian went out of his way to make us feel welcome. We shall definitely return.
