Super clean & spacey ideal for a couple or a 2+1 situation. We had a quiet corner apartment with patio, slept so well throughout our 11day stay. Well equipped kitchen with pans, plates, mixer, microwave, huge fridge. Sponges, soap, cloths and all. They gave us a tank of water(very appreciated). Quality sheets, pillows, towels. New and functional bathroom. After a week they cleaned the room and gave us new towels, they even changed the shower curtain (who does that?!?) Local boys (Chris & Rechie) always there to help you.

AGs Place ligger i Tagbilaran City, 31 km från Tarsier Conservation Area och 12 km från Baclayon Church. I liked the place because it was relatively new and well planned interiors. Secured and quiet neighborhood. Great hosts for offering even pick-up and drop off as it was a bit far from the Center but the place would be perfect for those traveling with vehicles as they have a spacious parking area. Just one thing, they don't have hot shower. I didn't mind but those who would, it's good to know.

The place is quiet. We can park the car inside. The man who is busy to give the keys is kind. It was our second time there.

Chris and Chatty prepared a primer (suggested activities, food, rentals, etc.), which really helped in our trip. Stiffany, the caretaker, was quick to respond and was in the area most of the time. Even the hosts themselves were quick to respond through the app. The property itself is a trike ride away from most activities in Panglao and is around 3-5 mins away from the airport. Toiletries, towels, and other essentials were provided.

Awesome no frills place to stay in Dauis. Building itself has 3 apartments, two for renters and one with manager who runs the place. We also rented our pcx motorbike through bluewaves which make everything very seamless. Room itself was large, clean, and simple furniture (simple is key to keeping things clean!!). Loved our stay here. Peaceful residential area. There are roosters near by but i enjoyed them and you dont hear them much when the a/c is going. Clean drinking water is provided and there is hot water for shower. Would 1000% stay here again!I liked how there was staff who lived in the building and was always available when needed. She handed over the keys in person and arrange our cabs. Communication was great and they used whatsapp. Very good!
