Place was lovely, very modern clean rooms, everyday cleaning service, air conditioner. We’ve been welcomed with sparkling wine and left with goodbye gift. If you have a birthday, you may count on a sweet surprise. There was a mini bar, kitchen with microwave and electric plate and small fridge, also espresso maker with excellent quality of coffee, kitchen utensils allowed for some cooking. The view showed surrounding hotel and ocean in the distance. I really enjoyed the 2 min. walk to the rooftop restaurant for breakfast because the view is amazing from there. The breakfast offered wide variety of products and meals, with porridge and some things for sandwich ( cheese, ham or marmalade/nuttella, home-made yogurt). There were also couple of positions a la carte and lots of sweet options. Coffee was also of great quality. I can’t comment on most of the meals because I am vegan and none of the meals a la carte was vegan, also it was possible to eat a sandwich only with marmalade or tomato/pepper for me the rest was just cheese and ham. I saw many people including my partner enjoyed that a lot, but if you are following vegan diet it may be cheaper to skip the breakfast option and buy yourself pack of oats and fruits because coffee is in the room anyway. However, the restaurant view was outstanding and I quite enjoyed that restaurant anyway. They always had a plant based milk so at least a porridge and fresh maracuja. The roof jacuzzi looked autor louring but I didn’t used it, bathing robes are included though as well as a daily ticket to natural swimming pools. We preferred a bit more the cachalote pools that were nearby so didn’t use the it but is is a very nice option closer to the hotel. The hotel also offers spa and massage if someone wish, as well as a little cowork area if you work remotely. WiFi was also excellent. In general, it was excellent and I would totally recommend to everyone to stay there.

Property itself is brand new, pleasant to be in. The facilities given were great. Staff was super attentive, always checking on us and providing quick answers to our concerns. As we went to watch the New Year’s Eve fireworks, we were delighted with the location. Plenty of restaurants and activities to do. Would definitely recommend it to everyone visiting Funchal.

Well equipped kitchen (we cooked our own breakfasts and often also dinners). Clean, spacious bathroom, everything one might need in the kitchen, close to the bus station(s), ocean, restaurants, etc.

Cozy, spotless, well appointed home. Extra blankets, plenty of dishes and cookware, shampoo, fresh towels whenever we asked, on a quiet street with a pretty view and parking in front of the house. Excellent WiFi and extremely kind, responsive host.

Objekt Living Funchal iNN smješten je u Funchalu, na 7 min hoda od znamenitosti Plaža Almirante Reis i manje od 1 km od centra, a sadrži klimatiziran smještaj, besplatan WiFi i vrt. Best location! 2 minutes from airport bus stop and five minutes by walk from the coast. The room is huge and you have more than you need for 1-2 nights. Best thing was the washing machine and the balcony.

Great amenities and flexible employee (we arrived late because we did not know our way in the region, but the employee meeting us was very lenient. The only thing was the noise outside, but I dont think it was particular to this apartment but more of a city thing. With the 3 rooms and 3 bathrooms, would absolutely recommend!

Amazing apartment, all is new and modern, and with stunning views! It was the perfect start to our vacation, definitely recommend if you want to have the best first impression of Funchal right when you wake up.

Clean and spacious apartment in a very nice and not very crowded location. Maikel was simply the most amazing host ever, helping us with everything we needed and always keeping a table ready for us in his restaurant (which served delicious food and all the staff was super friendly and nice) :)

Appartment is very clean. Peaceful stay. Nice balcony with beautiful view. You have your own parkingspace. 100% recommend.
