Angela is an exceptional host! We arrived exhausted after an overnight journey from Nairobi to Arusha and requested an early check-in for some much-needed rest. She graciously accommodated us, ensuring the house was ready for our stay by 10 am. The cleanliness and organization of everything were impeccable. The fast and reliable wifi kept us connected throughout our stay. Angela even thoughtfully provided healthy snacks and clean drinking water. The house itself exceeded our expectations; it looks even better in person. We enjoyed a comfortable stay and a restful night's sleep. To top it off, Angela and her team prepared a well-balanced breakfast for us, served at our requested time. Angela also went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable experience in Arusha. Her team was always available to assist with our queries, providing valuable insights on places to visit. This place is a hidden gem in Arusha. When I first booked it, I didn't expect the place to be this beautiful. Upon check-in, the manager, Mr Japhet, was welcoming, and the hospitality was on another level. Also, during my stay there was a powercut, and the solar panels worked so well. Honestly, the calmness I felt here, I wanted to extend my stay. I will definitely book again. Thank you, Maasai House team. You gave me a relaxing stay in my hectic life.

We were looking for a quiet spot to enjoy the week as we explored Arusha and Moshi and this was the perfect place! The cottage is even more beautiful in person. There are two double beds (one in the loft and the other on the ground floor) although the lower bed can be removed in lieu of a couch if needed. The hosts are really hospitable and always happy to get some feedback. The kitchen is self-contained with a fridge, gas cooker, microwave and kettle, with enough pots and utensils for 2 - 4 people. I ended up cooking most of my meals due to the convenience. The TV is large and can cast from your computer so that was perfect for movies in the evening. The upstairs loft area facing the pool and the outdoor patio at the entrance are great for reading and relaxing. The pool is definitely the biggest draw. I'll miss spending my afternoons in it as I listen to some tunes. There is another rental house on the compound that other guests can stay at who will also have access to the pool. The whole compound is perfect if you're looking for accommodation for a large group that could fit in both the house and the cottage. The cottage is in the corner of the property so it feels very private. We basically felt like we were alone for most of the time. I will definitely be back.
