You'll be hosted by a Cesarina – a member of a vast network of home cooks who specialise in offering visitors a taste of authentic Italian food. During the experience, you'll visit their home and learn to prepare three dishes that reflect the genuine flavours of Alberobello cuisine.
Your host will also share several culinary secrets with you, and together, you will cook a delicious meal. The experience will end with a tasting of the dishes accompanied by locally produced white and red wines.
