To activate your AREX ticket, simply click the 'Get a Voucher' button in your confirmation email. Your link will be emailed from SUPERMOVE within 48 hours after purchasing the ticket on viator. If you haven’t completed the sign-up process for the K-MOVE App, the app download page will appear. Once installed, complete your sign-up, and the app will automatically register your voucher.
After registration, exchange the voucher for your physical AREX ticket and secure your seat. The app is free to download and available for both Android and iPhone. By purchasing through Viator, you’ll receive a personalized link to waive the in-app AREX ticket voucher purchase. The app will guide you through using the voucher code to redeem your train seat.
