(note we were 'upgraded', so stayed in the One Particular Harbour next door and can't comment on the Margaritaville complex) Beds were in good shape. Shower was pretty strong and water was hot. Bathroom was spacious. Good size balcony overlooking the pool, small beach and the cruise ships (dock). The infinity pool was lovely, great for swimming and lounging. Good to be next door to British Colonial for their shared services (beach, bar).

So much to do, beautiful beach, loads of pool choices and no shortage of loungers (although we went off peak). There are many places to eat and drink and all great too. Really comfortable beds and pillows, excellent sound proofing, good room facilities. The hotel grounds are absolutely stunning and the water park is fantastic fun. Entertainment was a bonus and the nightly fountain show was amazing. We've stayed in many 5 star resorts around the world, this is most certainly up there with the best.

I had 4 rooms booked 2 of them were good by the pool pool view, the other 2 were sea view they were being renovated there were exposed wires in the bathroom and the room was very dated.

Fabulous beach and sunbeds and parasols. Beach staff all very helpful.Food overall was good especially the buffet. Lily and Tia shine in the buffet restaurant. Quality drinks. Hotel constantly being cleaned. Room cleaned and bed made fresh daily. Shower was great, always hot water and fresh towels. Entertainment round the pool every day and evenings in the bar. Majority of staff were very good.
