I don't know how he does it, but the fridge was fully stacked even though it's off-season. there were even some fresh croissants that came in later even though the kitchen really already has all you need and lots of it. the heater worked like a charm. and everything was clean. location was good. very close to the harbor. a great stay where I often said to myself and my gf how does he do it? it was refreshing to have staid at a location where maximizing profits did not seem like the no1 priority.
