The public beach entrance is 1km away. Head right from the hotel and turn left on the second roundabout.

All the restaurants have a great quality and diversity of food. Very friendly staff. We we impressed in the restaurant during Christmas. They really did the great work!! The room was very clean and had a very nice view.

Beautiful location- quiet, pristine, across from beach with very few people, but lots of frigates and pelicans- truly a bird watcher’s paradise. Rooms and pool area thoughtfully decorated with beautiful Mexican tiles and sculptures. Very walkable area- restaurants a few minutes away. Our host Jorge is wonderful- helpful, knowledgeable, with a playful sense of humor. We loved staying here and will be back.

In the morning, from our room, we saw whales in the bay. We walked down to hotel basalto for breakfast. However, there are facilities here to cook. Just across the street is the main entrance to the beach. Its perfect white sand. The pool is also very relaxing! We had lunch at barracuda restaurant (so good!). Our room was clean and perfect for two people! The A/C unit kept us very comfortable at night. Highly recommend this place!!!

Boutique hotel molto ben fatto, confortevole ed accogliente costituito da 8 camere che circondano una piccola piscina con idromassaggio. La struttura è l'ideale per chi è in cerca di confort e relax. Le camere sono semplici e minimaliste, l'assenza della tv è perfettamente in linea con il mood della struttura. E' presente un piccolo frigo nelle camere molto utile per tenere in fresco le bibite. Ogni camera è fornita di un proprio condizionatore ed anche di un ventilatore al soffitto in modo da poter scegliere autonomamente come rinfrescare la stanza in base alle proprie esigenze. Regina e Matias sono stati estremamente accoglienti e gentili, al nostro arrivo ci hanno fornito anche dei teli da mare da poter portare in spiaggia. Ci hanno suggerito una bellissima spiaggia (Playa Carricitos) lontana dal caos che si trova a 20 minuti di camminata dall'hotel. Il giorno della partenza ci hanno concesso l'uso della camera e della piscina oltre l'orario del check out visto che la camera non era prenotata per il giorno successivo. E' stato un vero piacere soggiornare presso la Boheme.

My family and I loved the location of the hotel. The hotel has a breakfast spot right down stairs with delicious food! The hotel is walking distance from restaurants, to the beach and the malécon. The hotel room was beautiful. Maritza was kind and very welcoming during our stay. The beach is only a 5 minute walk but if you feel like staying at the hotel rather than go to the beach, the pool is nice and clean!

Our stay at Ximena truly exceeded our expectations. Tucked away in a quiet part of town, this new hotel was clean, comfortable and spacious. The entire staff was so kind and treated me and my friend like family. But the best part of this hidden gem… THE WIFI. As a digital nomad who works remote, a lot of people told me prior to my visit that the wifi is terrible in the entire town of Sayulita. It goes without saying I was nervous getting there, but let me tell you… the wifi at Ximena is FLAWLESS. Honestly, the best wifi I’ve probably had in all of Mexico. I was able to join video calls, connect consistently to my VPN, etc. all without any issues. Not to mention the rooftop is the PERFECT workspace. Seriously so impressed. Highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return next time I visit Sayulita!
