We felt very welcomed as soon as we stepped into the hotel. Everything in the hotel was very clean and all the staff was extremely friendly, specially Down who served at breakfast and did recommend so many thing to do and was so nice. In the evening it was Cindy that was also specially nice and very cheerful and happy.

All of the staff was friendly except the one that done our check-in. He didn't attempt to say hello, or anything. He had a bad vibe from the moment I got to the counter. The only time he spoke to me was when I asked my daughter on purpose out loud so he could hear me, did she think he had an attitude. Then he tried to make a fake convo by asking did we have a good drive or flight there.

Kahvaltısı Amerika da standart otel kahvaltılarından iyiydi, her sabah 3-4 sıcak ürün 5-6 çeşit kahve 2-3 çeşit kahve kreması aromalılardan, taze sıkılmış portakal suyu ve 3-4 çeşit süt vardı.

The pools and the garden is amazing!
