The room and the bed are very comfortable, the place is clean, nice, quiet and quiet, just what you need to have a nice stay, wonderful hosts, friendly and willing to serve you in the best way, they will make your stay very pleasant, the breakfasts delicious. We loved it, we will definitely return.

Honestly the best B&B we ever booked ! Joyce is an amazing and friendly host. We really enjoyed our stay of two nights. The breakfast is amazing and we got to choose from 3 different menus (toast with canadian bacon and scrambled eggs or an omelette or eggs benedict) which are then freshly made. Fresh fruits are also available at every breakfast as well as coffee and tea. You can access a fridge with beverages at any time in the dining room filled with water and other beverages and even yoghurt was available. The property is close to the Niagara falls with a nice walkway leading directly to the falls. At night you can enjoy your sleep as everything is very quiet. The rooms are perfectly clean and have everything you need. Thank you for having us in your beautiful house !

I will stay there again whenever I come to Niagara Falls. I loved my stay there.

We loved our stay at Susan’s Villa! Breakfast was great and hosts were amazing. They helped us with our luggage, ordered us a taxi and made sure our breakfast was veggie. Rooms are comfortable and clean. The property is a 5 minute walk (or less) from all attractions. 100% recommend!

We enjoyed walking to/from the falls and the tourist areas that are less than a mile away and there are nice paved paths for either end of the block to get to them.
