The property is very, very nice with lots of space however its not really being utilised because they have only just started the business. The basement terrace would have been a great evening chill out space if it had a fire pit, better seating tv and pool table etc. Instead it felt like you had to chill in the house which being shared house was a bit awkward at times because the host was over conscious of noise being made at 10pm!! That said the host was helpfull and accomdating so thk you to them both. We would definitely visit again.

Surrounding garden even during winter time is simply amazing. Location allows to have a gret view and comfort distance to the main attractions. Room was clean and well equipped. The breakfast was tasty with plenty of choices. We enjoyed our stay.

The guest house provides a sun terrace, a 24-hour front desk, and free WiFi is available throughout the property. Beautiful, peaceful and stylish. Lovely private space and a comfortable bed. I highly recommend this place. A true sanctuary in Grasse with a garden space. Sonja went out of her way for my airport transfer and had wonderful local suggestions.

We stayed at Villa Martinus for two nights, and of the five bed and breakfasts we stayed at on our trip to Southern France, this is by far our favorite! Martin, the host is wonderful, and goes out of his way to make sure you have a great stay! He even let my husband borrow a jacket when he forgot his at home! Our room and sitting area were very large and comfortable. The bathroom was also roomy, modern and brand new. Breakfast was also by far our favorite and consisted of meats, cheeses, croissants, bread, yogurt, a large assortment of jams that Martin's mother makes, and more. He even made us scrambled eggs one morning. The pool looked amazing, but it was unfortunately too cold to use it when we were there. Martin also speaks excellent English, which is a plus.
