Excellent large hotel on the waterfront. We got a nice room with a view to the sea. Very friendly staff gave us advice on the local restaurants in the nearby city center. Breakfast was excellent, and the staff was very friendly.

Well set in Inverness, Drumdale Bed and Breakfast provides a continental breakfast and free WiFi. This bed and breakfast offers free private parking and luggage storage space. The rooms and especially the beds were great and the hosts were very friendly. There was a short questionnaire for next day's breakfast with lots of options. The location is wonderful with the city center in walking distance and yet the immediate neighborhood being calm at night. It really is an excellent place to stay at in Inverness.

Situated in the town of Pitlochry, Atholl Villa Guest House is a privately owned Victorian building, offering views of Ben Vrackie. Very friendly, local team. Very well organised. Excellent breakfast to start off your day. On site parking right in the middle of Pitlochry. We had the apartment, which felt like a home away home

On the edge of Loch Lomond and a 30-minute drive from Glasgow and its airport, this 4-star guest house has hearty Scottish breakfasts and free Wi-Fi. Excellent host who was willing to fulfil our special request of a very late check-in - a request that we found very hard to accept by other hotels or guest houses doing in-person check-in in that area. Fantastic breakfast menu you can choose from the evening before. Even better the taste and quantity of served meals we were not able to finish. We had a very short but the better stay at Gowanlea Guest House I would recommend to anybody. If coming back to Balloch and surroundings, definitely going to stay at Gowanlea again.

Just a few steps from Anstruther’s harbour and marina, with views over the Firth of Forth, The Waterfront offers 4-star bed and breakfast accommodation with free Wi-Fi. The breakfast was exceptional. The room was beyond expectations and the dinner was very good.

Situated in Kirkmichael, Strathardle Lodge has a fully stocked honesty bar, guest lounge and free WiFi as well as in-house Cake School. Last minute booking and a fantastic find. Suited our family perfectly and hope to stay again in the future. Thank you.

Lakeview Guest House is located on the seafront in Stranraer, 200 metres from Stranraer Beach. Both free WiFi and parking on-site are available at the guest house free of charge. It’s a spacious, quiet place to stay. Sadly we were only spending the night before catching our ferry but it does look like a great place to spend a long day just chilling. Breakfast was superb!
