The toilet was clean and modern. Although they do not mention anything about breakfast, they do have a coffee machine, pastries and yoghurts each morning for a certain period. Everyone who worked there was so lovely! I cannot explain how lovely the room was!

Very well maintained property, we really enjoyed the sauna as well as the jacuzzi. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean and spacious. The staff were incredibly friendly and chatty :) The property is about 10 minutes away from the city walls.

This is by far my best stay in Italy! it is in Spezia near the cinque Terre for all whoms interested to travel there. For the value, u get the whole room with free breakfast. The location were also fairly close to the train station and u can get around really easily. Staff also helped to recommend meals spot and how to get around!
