Located on Miyajima (Itsukushima), Miyajima Guest House Mikuniya offers a Japanese-style accommodation and a small garden. Free Wi-Fi is available. Miyajima Ferry Terminal is a 20-minute walk away. The accommodation was clean, beautiful and easy to find. The tatami room is so comfortable and the garden view was stunning. We really enjoy our stay, and will definitely go again!

Whats not to like about this place. You have the entire place ro yourself, it's incredibly traditional in its style, the beds were very comfortable and the location whilst a small walk from the ferry terminal at Miyujima is awesome. Oh the breakfast was superb too, a mix of simplicity and tradition and a brilliant host too

Set 8.9 km from Miroku no Sato, 9 km from Jodoji Temple and 10 km from Oogamiyama Omoto Shrine, Guest house kusunoki（women only） provides accommodation situated in Fukuyama. Guesthouse Kusunoki was wonderful. The guesthouse was quaint, artistic, and impeccably clean. The owner, Katsumori san, is kind and very detail-oriented, and you can tell that he puts his heart and soul into running this guesthouse. I loved my stay here, it was the highlight of my trip.

Boasting sea views, Guest House Gamigami provides accommodation with a garden, a terrace and a shared lounge, around 3.1 km from Saikon-ji Temple. The hostel is right in front of a quiet beach, in a very calm neighborhood. You can hear the waves at night, the birds in the morning, pet the local cat or even sheep. The common space is big and comfortable. The host is really nice, and we were very grateful when she gave us a ride. (the bike location center or supermarkets are a 45 min walk, add 5 min for the ferry to go to Onomichi centre). The traditional japanese room is quite big, with view on the sea. If you have a car this is a perfect place to stay. 100% would come again!

Set within 1.1 km of Kameyama Shrine and 1.7 km of Kure Popolo Shopping Centre, 猫と泊まれる宿にゃんstay features rooms with air conditioning and a shared bathroom in Kure. The house's location is on the side of a mountain, surrounded beautifully by nature. Despite arriving VERY late, we were received and treated kindly. Additionally, at no fault of the owner's, there was a mistake with the reservation and the owner did not have room for 2 women. Despite this, the owner found a place for us. The place is FILLED with cats!! The cats are healthy, friendly, playful, and gentle. When it was time to sleep, they joined us on the futons but did not annoy us. If you're sensitive to noise it might be a little noisy, but I found it relaxing, and it reminded me of my cat back home. The owner is unbelievably kind, and I cannot say enough nice things about our stay. If you are a cat lover, please stay here!

Very friendly and helpful host Okuma-San (Big Bear), super comfortable and clean room, quality linen, beautiful and charming guesthouse near Sandankyo entrance. Most memorable experience.
