We enjoyed the onsen with wonderful mountain and sea views as well as an ice cream gift after bathing! The host allowed us to drop off our luggae early which freed us to stroll around the temple nearby and the rest of Atami, all of the host’s recommendations! My friends and I used the common area often as it was filled with natural light and windows across the entire span of the room. The sunrise and sunset were beautiful and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect stay!

Guesthouse SORA, a property with a garden and a shared lounge, is set in Minamiizu, 500 metres from Yumigahama Beach, 42 km from Koibito Misaki Cape, as well as 3.8 km from Chokoku-ji Temple. It was super clean and tidy. Great amenities. Comfy bed with chargers and a light overhead. Air con worked well. Very friendly and accommodating!!

Oli Oli Guesthouse, a property with a terrace, is situated in Shimoda, 600 metres from Kisami Ohama Beach, 2 km from Touji Beach, as well as 2.3 km from Irita Beach. Location is prime. Such a close walk to the beach and other coves for snorkeling. Outdoor shower to wash off the sand. Food at the cafe was so convenient and delicious after spending the day at the beach. Private bathroom in the room.

Our hosts were wonderful and friendly. The space was very comfortable and we adored the private onsen space!! Don't hesitate to stay here - this was one of our favorite places on our Japan trip.

Situated in Izu, within 12 km of Shuzen-ji Temple and 20 km of Mount Daruma, Pension Amagiji features accommodation with a terrace and free WiFi as well as free private parking for guests who drive. The room was spacious and very comfortable. It had a view of the river. The lady was really nice and her food was delicious. There was a private onsen which could be used at night.
