One of the best B&B that we have ever stayed at!! It was spotlessly clean, very quiet, very well-equiped, near the center of the city of Maastricht, but the most important thing was the kindness of our hosts. They 've helped us in whatever we needed instantly, always with a smile on their face. Thank you very much Esther & Arno!! Hopefully we will see you again on our next visit to Maastricht!! Located within 12 km of Vrijthof and 13 km of Basilica of Saint Servatius in Geulle, B&B de Maaskei provides accommodation with seating area. The room was very attractive and spacious. The bed was the most comfortable one we have had on a 2 week journey through the Netherlands. The breakfast was exceptional--including not only the usual assortment of meat and cheese but also a delicious egg salad, fruit salad with a drizzle of local honey, a tray of sliced radish, cucumber and cherry tomatoes, an omelet, and assorted breads. The hosts are gracious and efficient.

B&B Alexander in Maastricht provides accommodation with free WiFi, 1.4 km from Basilica of Saint Servatius, 1.4 km from Vrijthof and 6.6 km from Maastricht International Golf. The apartment is beautiful, spotlessly clean, nicely furnished and decorated. Really serene. Also, beds are very comfortable with choice of pillows and crisp bedding - very important for me. Nice bathroom, high quality toiletries provided. Location is great, doesn't get better in Maastricht. Michelle is a very kind host. She let us check in earlier and we could leave our luggage with her after we checked out on the last day.

Housed in a historic building, the recently renovated B&B Emma features accommodation with a terrace and free WiFi. Super nice room and bathroom. Breakfast room is very cosy and also offers a nice bar and biljart. Breakfast was really nice with all kind of fresh options, and the home made scramble eggs with bacon. In the same street there are some nice restaurants with terras. I very much enjoyed the dinner in restaurant "Bie de Burgemeester". Excellent food and wines.

Offering a garden and mountain view, De Hoogstam is located in Vijlen, 10 km from Historical Town Hall Aachen and 11 km from Aachen Central Station. Fantastic B and B, lovely setting, garden and countryside views. Super clean. Very comfortable. Excellent kitchen facility with fridge. Hosts are extremely friendly and welcoming. Great location. Recommend evening meal in the hotel up the road. Wish we could have stayed longer! Highly recommended.

Set within 15 km of Vrijthof and 15 km of Basilica of Saint Servatius in Valkenburg, Logement viphouse Valkenburg offers accommodation with free WiFi and seating area. The room was very comfortable, like a small cozy house. Smart TV, coffee maker, a very comfortable sofa where we had our breakfast :). It was a different experience. We loved the modern and rustic atmosphere of the decor. Everything was very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. We slept like babies. It's very difficult to find anything to criticize. I just wish there was a double duvet on the bed. 2 separate duvets are a bit difficult for a couple, but that's a very small detail considering everything. I can't forget to mention the emergency kit and the special boxes they put for small needs that you have available in the bathroom. This shows how attentive they are, even in the details. The hotel is run by a couple. They are simply lovely. Very attentive and friendly. They welcome you as their personal guests. They prepare your breakfast (delicious) and bring it to your room! We really loved it. As for the location of the hotel, it is simply perfect. You park your car in front of the hotel or in the parking lot 100m away. From the hotel you are only 200m from the city center where you can find all the restaurants you want (there really is an unbelievable amount of restaurants). On foot you can enjoy all the nice atmosphere that Valkenburg has to offer. We loved it and will definitely be our destination again!

Boutique Hotel Le Faucon in Valkenburg provides adults-only accommodation with a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, a garden and a terrace. Very nicely designed guest house wirh wonderful and friendly service, great attitude to visitors needs, Good wifi and parking. Eggs tree was lovely surprise and room with a View! Can't ask for more.Nearby is a local train line to Maastricht.Next time will book for few days and will explore more. Soft and delicate bed clothing makes your sleep very enjoyable. Valkenburg is a foody paradise and Thermae 2000 is great spa just 10 minutes away.

Boasting a garden and views of garden, B&B Kasteel Wolfrath is a bed and breakfast set in a historic building in Born, 30 km from Vrijthof. The location was very nice, also the beds where comfortable!
