Set within 700 metres of Fayetteville Town Center and 2 km of Bud Walton Arena, Dickson Street Inn features rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Fayetteville. We stay here as often as we can. Love the victorian charm of this historic house! We always look forward to sitting on the deck looking out over the excitement on Dickson Street. We love that we're in the middle of the action with great food, drink, and entertainment, only a short walk from our room. We also look forward to the cozy, relaxing bed! The mattresses are so comfortable that (according to my watch) I get more and better quality sleep here than anywhere else - even my own home. My wife and I are introverts, so we like the fact we can book, check in, and check out without ever talking to anyone if we don't feel like it. However, if you need anything, the staff is super friendly and very accommodating. Whenever we visit Fayetteville, we always try to book here first, and we've been lucky enough to always get a room. We're already looking for upcoming events so we can book our next stay!

Cliff Cottage Inn in Eureka Springs provides adults-only accommodation with a garden and a shared lounge. Check-in at the Cliff Cottage in still adheres to no-contact, which worked out just fine. There were plenty of instructions and notes to give us the information we needed (although it would have been nice to meet our lovely hosts). Breakfast was served to our room in the morning, and it was hot, tasty, and exactly the right amount. We enjoyed the hot tub on the back porch and the Zelda theme room made us want to learn more about Zelda Fitzgerald - especially loved the quotes of and about her to round out the experience.

Situated within less than 1 km of Eureka Springs Historic District and 2.5 km of The Great Passion Play in Eureka Springs, All Seasons Treehouse Village features accommodation with seating area. I loved everything about this quaint and cozy home away from home! It exceeded my expectations for the price. The location is close to the park and downtown. This is by far my new favorite getaway for some much needed R&R❤️❤️❤️

1.7 km from The Great Passion Play, Tuscan Manor is a recently renovated property situated in Eureka Springs and features air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private parking. First of all, Mark is by far the most caring and intentional host my wife and I have had the pleasure of doing business with. As far as the property; it's like out of a movie. My wife described the room as being like her Hallmark movies. The whole establishment felt like home and we would definitely recommend a stay here as we will be back.

It was off the beaten path but close to Passion Play. Trolley pick up right in front. Clean and neat!! Owners wonderful!
