However the room itself and the view, cleanliness, facilities (pool, gym, kids area...) and food, all deserve the best grade. It depends on goals and desires, only in case you'd rather spend the most of the time around Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall, location might not be ideal. We would definitely come back to Avani Plus.
