Boasting a garden and views of inner courtyard, Fernweh Harz is a guest house set in a historic building in Seesen, 25 km from Imperial Palace. Location is great, a couple of minutes from the Autobahn and at the same time, very quiet. Keys are available to be picked up independently, I basically did not see the staff / owners. Same for the breakfast which had a good variety of food.

Situated on the scenic Lüneburg Heath, this family-run guest house offers free WiFi and an extensive garden. It enjoys a peaceful location, a 10-minute walk from the centre of Bispingen. This place is like a fairytale. We loved it so much. Quiet, super clean and spectacular views. The owner was very kind, she wait for us for a late check-in. Excellent breakfast!!

Located in the old city of Goslar, a UNESCO World Heritage Site in the Harz Mountains, this accommodation offers modern guest apartments, an outdoor terrace and traditional cuisine. The location was right near the heart of the old town, the breakfast was amazing, the bed was extremely comfortable, and was able to be electronically adjusted. The room was very attractive with lots of thoughtful amenities such as a shoe-horn, fruit in the room and chocolates on the pillows. The room also had a small kitchenette which I did not use but might be helpful for some.

In the Laatzen district of Hannover, close to Hannover Fair, Hannover Messe Apartment 2 has a garden and a washing machine. A lot of space, comfortable bed, huge tv, train and tram stations nearby, 20 min by train to city center. Close to the Messe, several PlayStations, good price.

Boasting garden views, Ferienwohnung: Waldblick offers accommodation with a garden and a balcony, around 13 km from Marschweg-Stadion. Amazing flat, you could live there :-). The place was clean, very well furnished and equipped.

Offering inner courtyard views, Seehuus Duhnen Apartments is an accommodation located in Cuxhaven, 200 metres from Duhnen Beach and 6.8 km from Alte Liebe harbour platform. Fantastic apartment, very comfortable, well equipped and very close to the beach. There are also bakery very close to the apartments and also a supermarket in the area. Also, the people in charge of the apartments are very attentive and respond very quickly to any question/issue you have. All in all, we enjoyed our time there.

Set within 11 km of Expo Plaza Hannover and 11 km of TUI Arena in Sehnde, Pension Grunwald offers accommodation with seating area. This has to be one of the best hidden gems in Germany. What a great hotel. Friendly staff, great location and superb bar facilities. The honesty box is a great idea and made it super easy to relax after a long exhibition.
