I just have to say a huge thank you to Bruno, who took charge of our reservation. He was amazing starting days before our trip and during. Hope everyone can meet him on arrival as well. The hotel is very modern and very beautiful. All the common areas are gorgeous.

Inés, the receptionist, was an excellent guidance. she was honestly very helpful since our arrival and helped us a lot to move around the city.
