    Code for the front door and room was provided in good time. Ideal location for getting a bus (directly outside property) and also only a short stroll into Zug for train and bus connections. Room is an adequate size if you only use it for sleeping or for short periods of working on the desk. Bathroom towels were ample, fluffy and good quality. WiFi speed and coverage was good (I was on third floor at front of building). Good size fridge in the kitchenette area.

    Service was quick... Staff was very friendly..very clean and great location on Lake Zug. Would definitely stay at this Hotel again. Accessible to the water, walking path around the lake.

    The hotel is four star: linen table cloths, excellent restaurant and very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Very clean. Location is superb. I had a single room with a wonderful view of the lake. Unlike single rooms in other hotels, there was sufficient room without being claustrophobic as single rooms often are. Would recommend this hotel to single travellers and I noticed that there were a number of solo women travellers. Zug is a lovely place to stay.
