Everything was Perfect, I loved it there. With the much love equipped and decorated. My room with a balcony was perfect for the afternoon tea or coffee (great coffee machine in the room) and people watching on the street. Bathroom had a nice cosmetic mirror - not always to find in other hotels. The staff is soo friendly. Especially Dina - she serves the daily breakfast:-)) but as well everyone else - Muchas Gracias per todos

I dont know where to start - what a fantastic place. The location, the building and the food were all fantastic. What really makes this place special though is the staff who made us feel special for our whole stay. We had part of our honeymoon there and they helped and made a magical time. Could not recommend this place more.

Either the breakfast or anything that we ordered at the restaurant was tasty and with a special touch, a simple pizza was just not a simple one, it has something more, but as well with more typical dishes. We chose the hostel because of the location which is close to the airport. We walked from the airport after 23:00 and it was safe. The hosts were very nice. In the morning we had a good breakfast outside on the patio and the host was VERY helpful. ( thank you again for taking us to the city and helping to change money, we wish you all the best with your plans to extend the hostel)

The place was great, located 10 min walk from the beach and a 20 min Uber drive from the city center. It is not in a neighborhood you would walk trough during the night but take an Uber, during the day it is safe. But saying that, we never felt unsafe. We had clean and spacious room with a big bathroom. There is a nice pool with jacuzzi and a kitchen with all the appliances you need. Next to the Casa Palma there is a D1 store where you can buy food and a nice restaurant that isn't opened during the weekend. We had a great time here and Nidia was a wonderful host.

It was great value for money. Right next to the beach, the owner of the flat and management staff were very friendly, we had great communication. The flat has air con and 3 bathrooms and 2 rooms, it was very comfortable. I had 2 flats in the same building and horrible experience with the second one(which had no reviews) they didn’t even let me make a review in booking as they cancelled the booking through the app. So I strongly recommend to stay just at properties that have reviews !

    We had a room with a balcony which was ever so nice. The room was very clean and the bed was comfy. Breakfast was very good. We really loved the location - it is near shops and restauarants but still it is quiet. The pool and the pool area are very clean. I would highly recommend to take a room with a balcony!

    Everything was just perfect. Super friendly staff who is able to give you great lastminute tips for dinner and things to do. The location is perfect.. Ideally located in a small street (no noise) next to the main areas. Very safe. The room is very clean and perfect for a few nights to stay in Cartagena. Food was delicious and well presented.

    Location in the heart of old town, very safe (2 receptions and security to get past), the room was very clean, cleaned daily, smart tv, aircon worked (was actually 2 air con units!), bedroom was tucked away from the corridor so it was silent (apart from some construction upstairs..). Probably not as cheap as other places but for like £35 a night was really nice. Would defo stay again!

    Staff at this hotel is super professional and very friendly. They make you feel welcome and appreciated as guest. Hotel is very clean , good breakfast and comfortable overall. The location was good for us to either walk to the walled city (40min) or take a super affordable quick taxi ride (15min).

    Their breakfast is extremely good, with the variety and quality of the food served. I have back issues, but I found the beds very comfortable. Our room was spacious, very clean, with a fantastic sea view from the balcony. Location is good, (45 minute walk to the old walled city) or if it is too warm taxis are inexpensive. We enjoyed the swimming pools on warm afternoons. We tried a few options for evening meals, finding our best option was right at the Hotel. Johnny their chef prepares flavorful meals with great presentation.

    Loved the accommodation. Just a few minutes walk to/from the airport so ideal for late or early flights. The room was spotless and the bed comfortable. There was no noise from flights despite the location. But what made it all even better was the hospitality and warmth shown by Lenis. I felt like I was with a friend or long lost relative. He helped with all queries and requests. I didn't want to leave.

    The architecture of the property is beautiful. The building is very well restored. The location in the city centre is ideal. Staff were particularly helpful, kind and professional. All the hotel is very clean and well maintained.
