Great location and located only a short walk from the ferry from and to Sao Vicente. Pedra de Rala is a very clean place with a Great vibe. I loved that there was a fridge and table to sit on and that there were other utilities like a water cooker ,utensils and glases and plates. As a bonus Got a tour of the town by my host Hélio He also found a place for me to stay as Pedra de Rala was fully booked for the next days. Muito Obrigado Hélio You’re a great guy

This is probably the best hotel on the island of Santo Antao. The whole thing makes you feel like you're in a castle. The owner is very helpful, she takes care of every detail of your stay. Although my room wasn't perfect I got a better room for the same price - for which I am very grateful. From the hotel you have an ideal point for mountain hiking to any place. Breakfasts are very tasty, everyone will find something for themselves. Erick was very helpful and always smiling during meals. This is an amazing place and an amazing island. Obrigado!

The location at the beginning of the Paul valley is perfect for some nice hikes. You can even book a guided hiking tour through the hotel. Our appartement was very charming & thoughtfully equipped. We had everything a traveller needs. The rooftop terrace was a lovely place to stay & the team served very good food - eventhough we are not vegans. ;-) It was very generous to have free supply of drinking water & fruits which we appriciated a lot. Hannelore & the team were very friendly, especially Ruben was very attentative & easy to talk to.

    Amazingly friendly staff. Especially the breakfast lady was.l a little ray of sunshine. Rooms are spacious, location is good. Staff helped me book a car and even came to find me at the supermarket when the car was delivered. Great service and overal amazing people.

    Breakfast was not provided, however i planned to have breakfast on the ferry when I left. The location was a short walk from the ferry which suited me. I liked that the staff were so helpful and friendly. The room was amazing with some unique design features. Spotless and sapcious.
