Chalet Hotel Kaya, hotel in Les Menuires

This 4-star hotel is located in the Three-Valleys ski area, high up in the French Alps. It offers an indoor heated pool, a hammam and south-facing rooms with mountain views.

We had a fantastic stay at Chalet Hotel Kaya in January 2025. We were a group of 11 spread across four rooms, all of good standard and comfortable. Plenty of choice at breakfast and enjoyed our evening meal. Standout at the hotel was the staff team, which was friendly and helpful. Great location with easy access to the slopes. Bit apart from the main village of Les Menuires but fairly easy to access by regular bus service. Some nice touches made the stay even more special - afternoon tea, the sweet trolley, the games room. Very helpful to have the ski hire on site.

The host was responsive and answered our questions in a swift manner The lift (Bettex) is 4 min walking in ski shoes away, also there is a rental office there. On the photos the place looks very dark, but in the reality it is not like that. The shower is super cool!

The apartment was clean, comfortable and well located. It had a storage locker room for skis downstairs. It was very warm and had everything we needed for our stay. It is very close to the Morel chairlift and the Morel and Les Barons Meribus shuttle stops. It is also close to the supermarket and restaurants at Meribel 1600. We liked having facilities to cook on the nights we stayed in but also were close enough to buses if we went out. We had to walk up the hill a little bit, but it didn’t worry us. Having a washing machine was great! Despite being compact, the kitchen was well-equipped with appliances (including a dishwasher and washing machine). Arthur and the building’s housekeeper were very responsive and helpful.

The staff are friendly, welcoming and cannot do enough for you. The room was absolutely beautiful with great facilities, love the coffee machine in room and the little piece of nougat on our pillow each evening. Everything was extremely clean and the toiletries in the bathroom smell divine! The ski room is large and well designed with those extra touches like access to slippers once you've removed your ski boots. Breakfast had a huge selection, along with cooked eggs of your choice all included. Cakes and treats available after a full day skiing was very much appreciated.

    It's a nice appartment with good location (ski in and ski out), not very clean and we had a couple of internal glass windows broken with shards nearby, not really safe for kids or even adults.

    Great ski in, ski out location in Reberty 1850. The apartment is ideal as a base, it’s comfortable with all the facilities you need. There’s a ski locker in the apartment building, and the bus stop is just outside. There are restaurants & a supermarket in 1850.

    The apartment was in a great location with mountain view from the balcony. The property was ski-in ski-out which made our days very easy with the nearest lifts just a couple of hundred meters away. The apartment was very clean and had all the facilities we needed for a comfortable holiday with a well-equipped kitchen. We had a great stay, thank you!
