Villa Kavourakia, hotel in Kolios

Located in Kolios and only less than 1 km from Kolios Beach, Villa Kavourakia provides accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking.

The villa was lovely, set in beautiful gardens with stunning views over the sea. It was spotlessly clean with clean bedding and towels throughout the week. The host Babis was very helpful and friendly, helping with places to eat and ordering taxis, he made us feel very welcome. The resident dog and cats were all very friendly and loved our cuddles The bus stop was at the bottom of the drive and it was only 2 Euros to Skiathos town, great for shopping and exploring. The supermarket was at the bottom of the drive and was well stocked with the essentials needed for breakfasts and light meals, especially the lovely pastries. It was only a short walk to the nearest beach which was very clean, The Beach House restaurant had lovely food and you can hire an umbrella and 2 loungers for 20 euros a day

Nice hotel on top of the hill, ~15 minutes walk to city center, beautiful jacuzzi in the room. You can call a golf car from the hotel situated at the start of the hill called also Avaton, especially if you have luggage. Nice staff. Good breakfast with a beautiful view near the pool. The room is so big with all you will need. There is a supermarket down the hill, also you can walk to the beach.

In a forest 50 metres from Vromolimnos Beach in Skiathos, this complex features free Wi-Fi and a diving school. The self-catered rooms have a balcony overlooking the Aegean Sea or garden.

The hosts are so kind and ready to help at any hour. The cleaning was 5 stars (cleaning was done everyday, bed sheets changed, towels changed). The location is very quiet and peaceful..the sea is basically in the backyard of the location. Everything in our room was choosed with such a good taste. I really can't say anything bad.. I loved every second spent there. For sure one of the best I've ever stayed at. Amazing accomodation. Would definitely be back here when I'll be back in Skiathos ☆☆☆☆☆

    Ideal location, great if you don’t have a car as the bus stop is just down the hill. Ample parking if you do have a car and a supermarket is just across the road. Lovely hosts, nice big clean rooms and a generously sized swimming pool

    The property is in an excellent location mid point of skiathos . Easy to get to by the bus. The accommodation is clean, modern and had everything I needed. Beds were very comfortable and spotless linen & towels. It had a good shower, a kettle for coffee etc and a little seating area outside. The property is close to fabulous restaurants and easy to get to beaches . The staff and owners were helpful and welcoming .

    Villa Mitsa is in a great location close to Kolios beach and has a lovely sea view. Soula, George and Vana made us feel very welcome and brought us cakes, fresh lemonade, pastries and ice cream. The villa had everything we needed and was spacious and kept very clean.

    Location was good. The cleaning staff were excellent , after our first night they made a great job of reorganising our items such as suitcases and footwear to make the most of the very small space available.Bus stop was short walk away with regular cheap at 2 euros busses to skiathos Town. Only 10 minutes away. Crazy rooster bar and restaurantwas a minutes walk away, excellent food, cocktails!! and staff. Manos was great and very entertaining

    There are nice restaurants near by, a lot of parking places available on the property. You most likely need a vehicle to get around, even though the closest beach is about 10 min walk; or the bus station 15 is close. The rooms are very clean. We quite enjoy our stay. We were even upgraded to a deluxe room. Both the economy and the deluxe rooms were nice; both with kitchen.
