The property is situated in a village on the borders of Mudumalai forest. You can heer voices of crackers used to divert elephants during the night. The stay had minimal facilities required to spend your night but was a great value for money. You can spot cows and deers in the open ground outside the property. Would recommend to take a high beam torch to spend time spotting deers at the night. The owner, Mr. Prashant Joshi was a very kind and empathetic man. The property faced water issue due to neighbouring tenants leaving the tap on but he handled the situation very well. The Udupi restaurant near the property had the perfect Masala Dosa one can crave for. Do try it.

The owner of the accommodation was extremely helpful and assisted us in organizing various safaris, negotiating the best price for us. A good place to stay if you like nature and be close to a little town an be close to several National Parks. The food was excellent. We traveled with a large family, including children and some elderly members close to eighty years old. The rooms were clean, the location was stunning with plenty of shaded areas, and the staff was exceptionally friendly. We had an amazing time!
