Situated in Penneshaw in the Kangaroo Island region, Kangaroo Island Ocean View Premium Couples Retreat "The Rusty Kangaroo" has a patio. The location was beautiful, fantastic view. Hosts were friendly and informative. It was a comfortable retreat to watch movies by the fire in. Location was just up the road from Penneshaw, which had all amenities needed.

Really nice staff and home feeling. We've met whole island power outage and everything shut down before close hours. Nothing to eat and nowhere to buy anything but the staff provided us with simple food so that we didn’t go through a hungry night. The house’s decor and amenities make it feel just like home, and you even have a family of kangaroos as neighbors. If, like me, you’re still awake at 1 a.m., open the master bedroom curtains—you won’t be disappointed.
