7 km from York University, RoryHouse is a recently renovated property situated in Toronto and features air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and parking on-site. The host was very friendly, the whole place is very clean and beautiful. We had all we need in the shared kitchen (microwave, mini oven, coffee pods, tea bags, etc). Our room have a mini refrigerator, a heater, a smart TV, charger cables, etc. The bathroom looks very new and clean. The neighborhood is very nice with trees and a small park. Close by, we have Metro, Btrust and 1 bus away from Costco, Bestbuy, and a big mall (Yorkdale Mall).

Sonder at Artesa is located in Toronto, within 2.3 km of Sunnyside Beach and 1.9 km of BMO Field. Large, clean, modern apartment with an amazing view of downtown Toronto. Full kitchen with everything we needed to cook our own meals. Friendly and accommodating staff. We were able to get a high chair and late check out, all very welcome when travelling with a baby. Will definitely stay here again.
